The structure of our competencies follow the German Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning1.
There fore for all our Examinations there is detailed competence description regarding what content will be asked for and which and which level of competencies are needed in regards to professional & personal competence
Our exams are designed based on the competencies and the level of certification to be achieved. Because different levels have different requirements for the exam itself, we use the revised Blooms taxonomy1 and follow the ISO 17024 standard. As a result, our assements and multiple choice questions are based on six different question types: Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, Create for the professional domain. For the personal domain the types are Receiving, Responding, Valuing, Organizing, Characterizing
