A Scrum tip for company owners or HR managers is to take a detailed look at the offers of different Scrum training providers. Thus, an intensive and multimodal offer should be considered. The Scrum method only distinguishes between the three roles of project member, product owner and Scrum master. A hierarchical definition is deliberately dispensed with here. In many companies, Scrum is a method that can be applied within the framework of a project. Since the results achieved by Scrum are often particularly efficient, companies or HR departments can work specifically towards spreading Scrum. Internal communication offers many possibilities to present projects in which Scrum is applied positivly. As a scrum tip, internal media can be used to advertise training opportunities or to draw attention to certification possibilities.
Such an approach is recommended in companies with many employees. As a rule, new ways of working and methods cannot be established overnight, but only in the medium term.
